The villa measures just over 4,300 sq. foot (404 sq.metres) in size and is nestled in its own private two-tier, tropical, fully matured garden.The magical experience of this holiday rental starts from the moment you arrive at the entrance. On entering the villa, you step through the front entrance into the foyer, with its four foot hanging crystal chandelier, where you can either ascend the stairs to the three bedrooms above or continue through the 5 foot wide arched opening to the coral stone clad Living and Dining room. From either of these rooms you can step onto the pool deck through either of the 8 foot wide folding doors, where the crystal clear fully tiled mosaic swimming pool awaits you. Here you can relax pool side on either of the four sun loungers or if you prefer, in the shade, under one of the two large sun umbrellas. In addition you can choose to dine or relax outdoors at either of the two four-seater tables, located under the covered patio or the other large sun umbrella. Alternatively, you may opt to relax in the shade on the two loungers located on the lower level of the tropical garden. The Villa boasts four bedrooms, all en-suite, including the master bedroom, with its 14 foot high ceilings, which comes complete with double vanities set in a marble countertop. The Jacuzzi whirlpool bath and separate shower will surely bring a sense of satisfaction. In addition there is a wall mounted television, DVD and video player for your entertainment with direct feed from the satellite system as well as a Bose CD wave radio. If your timing is right, you can catch the sun dipping over the west coast horizon from the comfort of your private balcony. Alternatively, it can be available as a three bedroom by closing off the fourth bedroom on the ground floor. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning units are included in all bedrooms as standard and all showers are enclosed by a tempered glass enclosure in the floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms. The Living room is equipped with a Bose home theater system with cubed speakers on the walls for that surround sound experience. The sound extends to the pool deck and breakfast area by way of separately controlled wall mounted speakers for your enjoyment. In addition to the connected large screen television, video, DVD and CD player there is a wide selection of DVD movies and music CDs to choose from. The villa also comes equipped with satellite television programming. A Play Station 2 system with games and a selection of card games is also included for your entertainment. The warmth created by the natural coral stone walls in the Living and Dining room will ensure that dining here is truly memorable. You may opt to turn the lights down low, which can easily be achieved by the dimmer-controlled antique silver chandelier, which hangs above the circular six-seater marble table or the hand carved coral light sconces strategically located on the walls. This holiday rental is also equipped with a well appointed kitchen complete with granite counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with a Whirlpool stainless steel, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser as well as a built-in dishwasher. The Baumatic stainless steel built-in oven, microwave and ceramic 4 burner hob adds to the elegance of the kitchen. A wide choice of quality cutlery and crockery is available. The kitchen leads to the breakfast area through a five foot wide arched opening where there is seating for two at the marble table and entertainment from the wall hung speakers. The laundry has a Whirlpool washing and drying machine and comes with built-in cupboards and an enclosed drying yard which is accessible from the laundry. The fourteen foot wide garage is accessible from the exterior by a remote controlled automatic gate and leads directly to the kitchen, laundry and fourth bedroom. Being in paradise when on holiday does not necessarily mean being out of touch. To bridge this gap, the villa is equipped with wireless high speed internet access and a fax/printer/scanner/copy machine. You will also receive a complimentary local newspaper each morning. There is also a mobile telephone at your disposal for use when away from the villa, experiencing the many activities Barbados has to offer. Horizon is also equipped with wireless motion and contact sensors and is monitored 24 hours by a reputable off-premises security firm. Horizon is located 1km away from the nearest beach and golf activities and has easy access to the amenities of Holetown, 2 km away, including shopping, restaurants, supermarket, bars and banking.
